Welcome to the Warren Co. 4th of July Organization’s Schedule of Events page. Because of this being our 70th year, our organization is working on a celebration those who attend will not forget for a long time. 
 
The Celebration opens on Saturday, July 1st @ 7:00 PM, Place Music in the Park Venue located @ the corner of Penna. Ave West & Hickory Street in Downtown Warren, Pa. The feature band will be “TWO FOR FLINCHING”.  
 
Sunday July 2nd will open @ 2:00 PM on Liberty St. also in Downtown Warren. The afternoon will be filled Great Music, Entertainment, Kids Zone, food @ craft vendors. The feature band will be “PORCEIAIN BUS DRIVERS”. There will also be Face Painting, Bounce Houses, “Warren County’s Got Talent Contest” a Baking Contest, Pinewood Derby Races plus much more. The celebration continues to build with excitement on Monday, July 3rd when  the Celebration moves to Betts Park Located on Warren’s West End of Town & will begin @ 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Many events are planned for Betts Park this year. Events include the very popular Cutest Baby Contest, two special performances by Allegheny River Dancers. Visitors will have the opportunity to celebrate Native American culture with a viewing of traditional dancing, done by the Allegany River Dancers. The Allegany River Dancers have traveled and performed extensively throughout the North America and Europe. The Allegany River Dancers are members of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, also known as the Six Nations. The confederacy includes the Seneca, Cayuga, Onondaga, Mohawk, and the Tuscarora. The Warren County 4th of July Organization is honored to host the Allegheny River Dancers as part of our event. 
 
There will be Several food & Craft Vendors, Games & much more TBA soon. 
The 4th of July Committee also added an opening act on Monday July 3rd. Opening for the Madison Rising band will be Mick Hayes @ 4:00 PM.  Mick has played with countless greats, not the least of which Stevie Wonder - who after hearing Mick, asked if he would join him on stage to sing with him and add a little harmonica to Mick's "Those 3 Words". He has also been billed alongside great artists such as Deep Purple, the Doobie Brothers, Peter Frampton, Dickie Betts, Delbert McClinton, Robin Trower, Cheap Trick, Steve Vai, Joe Bonamassa, Najee, Los Lonely Boys and many others.
 
Having been recognized by The Grammy Awards Committee in 2016 in the "Best Traditional R&B Performance" and "Best R&B Song" categories for his single, "For Realski's," Mick is looking forward to what the future brings & his performance in Warren, Pa. on July 3r.
 
The feature band is “Madison Rising”…. America’s Most Popular Patriotic Rock Band. Madison Rising is a hard-hitting rock band from the greater New York area. The band is led by Air Force Veteran Rio Hiett with support from Samuel Fishman, AJ Larsen and Tom DiPietro. After gaining national recognition for their rocked-out rendition of The Star Spangled Banner, they have toured around the world.  The band has promoted the ideals of patriotism and honored our veteran community around the world. With their newest release "Battered Not Broken", they hope to bring more attention to issues like PTSD.
 
The band has performed at events such as NFL games, the opening ceremony of the 2014 Special Olympics, the opening ceremony of the 2015 World Police and Fire Games at RFK Stadium, at NASCAR, the 73rd Annual Motorcycle Rally at Sturgis, 2015 National Police Week on the West Lawn of the Capitol as well as many military, corporate and veteran events both at home and abroad. Madison Rising has opened for rock legends like Aerosmith & Lynyrd Skynyrd and country stars such as Trace Adkins & Toby Keith.
At 10:00 PM Gibson Fireworks Co. will light up the sky with our 70th annual Fireworks Display. This year’s display will be set to music & can be heard on your car radio. Plan to come early to get a good spot. This is a fireworks show spectators will be talking about for a long time.
 
Tuesday July 4th- The 70th Annual 4th of July Parade & Pre Parade Show. This year’s Pre Parade show will begin @ 9:00 AM & features six Drum & Bugle Corps in Exhibition prior to marching in the parade. Bleacher Seating will be available for the pre parade show & parade. Watch for details on tickets. 
 
The 70th annual 4th of July parade will kick off @ 11:00 AM & promises to be one of the best around. . This year we will feature a Shriners Point Parade with at least 20 Shrine units participating. Our parade will also feature 10 Marching Bands, several floats, Drill & Dance Teams, Fire trucks, color guards plus much, much more. 
Following the parade will be the Grand Prize Drawing with a $5,000.00 top prize plus 40 plus other prizes. Tickets will go on sale May 1st @ many locations in the Warren Area.
